Well it really depends on the game. I've had this happen on Crash Bandicoot 3. Simply save and restart the game will be the best thing to do.
Qued Means That It Has Finished.
It means your order was completed its probably just waiting to be shipped...
queued message are system defined message and nonqueed message are applicaton defined message.
The past tense is queued.

Emails can be listed as queued instead of sent if there is a problem with an email server. This basically means it is on hold and will be sent when everything clears.
