There is always something to do if someone else is getting bullied.
If the bully (or bullies) is doing physical damage, then it is best to get a respected adult to break it up. It is never a good idea to break them up yourself; you might get hurt or get caught up in the process.
If the bully (or bullies) is doing mental or by word harm, it is best to not join in. You should speak with an adult and get the bullied help. You should make sure their feelings are not hurt and talk to them. Say: "How's your day?" Or "Are you okay?" Make sure you let them know you care, because even if you are just one person, one person is enough to brighten someones day. Become their friend. Someone is less likely to get bullied if they have a good friend along with them.
It is good to let them know you are always there for them. Trust me.
Most people who are bullied will be hurt and perhaps angry at those who bullied them, but they will move on and realize that the people who bullied them usually have issues of their own that they take out on others.
