Regi PokemonContinue on your Pokemon pokedex quest try 2 catch,evolve & trade as many Pokemon as possible 2 fill up your pokedex. stop by professor birch's lab. Every once in awhile 2 have your pokedex evaluated 2 see how your Pokemon journey's going trying 2 catch all 386 pkm is a big job but you can handle it.

Just complete youre pokedex and then get jirachi, trade, and that sort of thing. You could go to space and cacth a Deoxys.

you need dive,surf,fly,strength,and dig ok.u must have already been to sootoppolis city because at the entrance u have to use dive.u need to have both relicanth and wailord in your party or else u can't get them.u need to be patient to catch relicanth it is very rare and won't come battle u in a snap or easily.clamperl and chinchou will annoy u.wailord is hard.get a wailmer up to level 40 and it will evolve.u need to have pokeomn in your party to complete thihs quest.fly to pacifidlog tonw or whatever its called.surf on west coast or west side and you will see rugged speedy jumpy paths or ways.this is very tricky so listen to the instructions ok?go in the middle and down you will see a karate dude if you haven't battled him u will have to eventually.all the way at the bottom u will see sand and two humongous rocks.go through in the middle of those 2 rocks and surf again.u will see a shady mist ground with some turns and twists.walk straight not up or else u will have to do the process all over except the catching the relicanth and wailord part ofcourse.go all the way to the bottom and surf at the tiny rugged path.DON'T TURN LEFT AND SURF OR ELSE U WILL PASS IT OKKKKKKK???????then let the water drag u to your destination.then if you did it right u will see 2 girls with red hair next to each other.battle them if u didn't.go across into the west onto the almost sea through water or the shady mist u can walk on.then again go all the way to the bottom and go west a little bit.then surf.if u land on a shady mist or almost sea through water on route 134 your are totally doing it right.great job!!!!surf again on the west ofcourse never the EAST!!!!u will land in a small diving spot surrounded by rugged speedy currents of water.dive then.then u will see a flashing door.go out of the door.keep going down.then you will see a big block of rock that has an inscription on it.it uses black polka dots as the letters.u will not need to memorize for the next part or anything.its probably regi language or something.then use dive right in fornt of the writing and go up onto the surface.then u will arrive at the sealed chamber.jump off onto the lad after that.use dig on the wall with more writing all the up.keep going up and arrive at the middle piece of writing and read it and then click "a".then the ground will rumble or shake like an earthwuake but isn't.it won't last very long.then it will say"it sounded like a door opened from far away".get out and surf at the bottom of the sealed chamber the way u came in.use dive and get on the surface anywhere.then fly to petalburg city.then go to the sandy shore near mr.brineys house and surf.keep going down until u land on a tiny island with a hiker on it.surf on the left and then keep going up until u go up to a cave.but when u enter it is called island cave.go up after that.read the middle inscription then.now wait like about some time and a door will open.inside their is a regice.it is level 40.after u catch or kill it get out and fly to lilycove city.go west and pass the grass and keep going.keep going across until u see tiny stairs as thin as your characters size.walk up of course.walk up through the grass until u see the same stairs just more north.walk up and u will see another hiker.pass him and into the small cavern above.go in.it will say the ancient tomb.read the middle inscriptions and wait some time.after that go up and u will see a registeel level 40 the same as regice.catch or kill it after that.then get out of the cavern.then fly to mauville city.go up pass the lady with brown hair.keep going up.then use rock smash at the two boulders blocking the path up north.go up until u reach the killer sandstrom with cacnea and sandshrew all over the place.then keep going down.then u will see another small cavern.go into it.it will be the desert ruins.go up and read the middle inscription.use strength and the small door will open.on either the regice or registeel part u will have to use fly in the middle of the cavern before encounter.then u will meet regirock level 40 also.catch or kill it.their it is all you need to know to catch the regis.bye o bye

Get a Relicanth and a Wailord. Put Wailord first and Relicanth last in your party. Surf west of Pacifilodge (or whatever the name is... been a while) and follow the rapids-- it may take a few tries, but go to where there is a Dive spot surrounded by rapids. Use dive. Go south. Go to in front of the big "rock" you see. Resurface. Go forward. Use Dig *right in front* of the wall, in the center. Continue to the big rock, making sure Reli and Wail are in their right spots. Press A until the screen shakes and you hear 3 clicks.

Then:

Regirock: Go to the desert, where there's a big rock w/ 6 surrounding rocks. You should be able to go inside. Read the visual braille message (look online for a translator) and do what it says.

Regice: Go north of Dewford town, to where you see a big sand bar in the ocean. Go on it. Surf west. Go to where there's a big rock w/ 6 surrounding rocks. You should be able to go inside. Read the visual braille message (look online for a translator) and do what it says.

Registeel: Get an arco bike. Go to that grassy area south and east of (forgot the name... the flying-gym city). The moment you start seeing the tall grass (the really tall grass, not the regular kind), you have to keep moving. Non-stop. That's where the arco-bike comes in-- keep doing the "bunny hop" and you technically keep moving. Go all the way south and then west, to where there's a big rock w/ 6 surrounding rocks. You should be able to go inside. Read the visual braille message (look online for a translator) and do what it says.

Regirock:- Strength

Registeel :- Fly

For regice, you have to wait for 2 minutes for the braille to open

i have 43 master balls so it doesnt matter for me, but for your benefit i recommend heaps of ultra balls and Pokemon that know status troubling moves eg. burn sleep etc

*for Regirock, you need strength, fly to lavaridge jump the 3 ledges, and sprint or bike your way to the sandstorm once there go in the middle of the area and go down i would recommend Mach bike and max repels you should be at a rock with a hole in it .

once you've entered, read the middle braille and from the middle walk 2 steps right 2 steps down and use strength

* For Regice , Fly to Dewford Surf to route 105 keep traveling upwards till you see and island with trees and there is another body of water, surf up till you hit the rock with a door go inside , read the middle brail and wait for 2 minutes

* For registeel, fly to either lilycove or fortree city (lilycove recommended) from lilycove city, go west until you hit the safari zone from the safari zone keep going till you hit the stairs that lead to the water that you surf on to reach Mt. Pyre keep going west until you hit some stairs with a berry patch and water go north, go towards the long grass , by now it would have started to rain keep going up to another rock with a hole in it go in,read the braille and form the middle of the room, use fly.

and if you are wanting to know what to do After you have caught the regi's, the game returns to normal.

After you get the HM Dive , you should go to the pacifidlog town and you should unlock and capture the regis...you can also use Dive for huting shards around mossdeep town...:) have fun
