It means he possibly still kinda likes you and that's the only way he can talk to u. but this isn't always the case... the most obvious thing to do is tell him you don't like it and he should stop, but again having been in this situation before this also doesn't always work you can try ignoring him but otherwise the best thing to do is talk to sdomeone about it. And most importantly don't let anyone tell you that you are not beautiful/ special...etc because you are and clearly he doesnt no that...
