The code means that EGR flow is insufficient. That probably means the EGR valve is stuck partially open or the EGR pump is not working correctly. You probably need to get it repaired before too long or it will dirty up your engines interior pretty bad. If you know of a good independent mechanic, it's a pretty easy fix and he will probably have an online source to get the parts a little cheaper. The dealers get pretty proud of these repairs and you are probably looking in the neighborhood of 300-500 dollars for the repair.
