If you're grounded for weeks and you have your iPod, phone, computer, consoles ect. and whatever else taken from you and you are not allowed outside then find something creative to do; listen to, compose or write music, draw, paint, make art, dance, write poetry ect. You might find that being creative is better than refreshing your Facebook game or going on COD or whatever it is that you get up to. You're probably angry about being grounded but try to see it as an oppertunity to do something different, inventive, creative! Make art!
