When Windows won't load, you can try again by hitting the F8 key just before windows starts to load (most folks just tap on F8 before the Windows logo starts). You will then be given a list of options. First try "Last known good configuration...". If you are still having trouble then you will likely need to get with a technician to resolve the problem and/or repair windows using the disk or formatting and starting from scratch. The later is the best way to assure windows is not currupt and all viruses/malware are removed. It can also be the fastest way to get the job done. Be sure to back up first.
