Probably bury it if it was close to you. Make a little grave to show you cared at all. if you didnt care then.. wel... you shouldn't of had it!
It will most likely be brown if it dies from stress. But it could be green too. There is no specific color for a dead anole.
You know when your Anole is dead when it stops moving completely and when it decomposes (which means,when its skin is coming off).
