Bananas. They are easily digested and quickly turn into energy. If you mix in some nuts as well, specifically peanuts, you will have a slower digestible food that will provide energy for several hours.

I would also suggest yogurt, if you have enough time. If not, a banana and a handful of peanuts should supply you with a lot of energy compared to the time it takes to eat them. If you are allergic to peanuts, and other nuts, you could try a granola bar, although they are less healthy, and don't supply as much energy and take longer to eat.
