I'm going to start off by telling you how HORRIBLE anorexia is. You destroy your body, shorten your life span, and just ruin yourself, physically and psychologically. 1 out of 10 anorexics ultimately DIE because of their starvation and malnutrition. Once you start being anorexic, you never really stop. It becomes a part of who you are.
If you become severly anorexic, your brain shrinks, your digestive tract shuts down, you're more at risk for bone and growth problems, your immune system stops functioning, if you're a girl, you stop getting your period and become just about, if not completely, infertile, and your personality changes.
An anorexic is not something anyone should want to become.

∙ 11y agoLow calorie breakfast, cereal or fruit. Have ice or sugar free gum for lunch. For dinner have vegetables and low cal meat/carbs.

it depends, it could be called anorexia if they don't eat at all or bulimic if they eat and then vomit. the definition of anorexia is slightly wrong though .... generly people that suffer from anorexia do eat! but what happens is they starve themselves for a few weeks and then every so often they will binge eat and the vomit after, this is the true definition of anorexia but it is possible that some people do not eat at all.
