It depends how old they are.
If they are 1 - 10 days old then you should feed them animal milk formula.
If they are older than 10 days then they should just eat carrots, apples, grass, pellets and other vegetables that you would feed a fully grown guinea pig.
If a baby guinea pig's mother dies, you should feed it mashed bananas, mashed cucumbers, and almond milk all mixed together and fed by a baby spoon.
If the mother dies then you will have to get cat milk and feed the baby yourself. And clean it with a wet towel. If the baby dies then you collect you sorrow and move on. The female will do the same.
Bottle feed
if the baby is 2 days old or older it should be able to eat solid food if its younger then take it to the vet for help.
They feed from there mother. She will dicide when to let them eat solid foods. So all you have to do is keep the food dishes full.

Umm, probably take it into your own hands and feed it that way. You could go down to your local vets or rescue centre and ask advice on what to do, they may give you a bottle mixture to feed the baby with. However, make sure the baby has contact with the mother for the future. You wouldn't want the mother to see the baby as an outsider as this could lead o future arguments and fights.
When they are first born and up to 4 weeks old the mother will feed them milk that she makes for them. She will teach them by showing them what to eat and drink. and how to be with other guinea pigs.
