Hydrocortisone cream, 2.5%. This is usually by prescription.

If you can buy a 1-1.5% cream at the drugstore then use that, 3 times a day.

Also use an antibacterial, such as polysporin 3 times a day as well.

Swelling and itching should subside within a day.
