Well it kind of depends on what breakfast you have. Like say you have toast for breakfast, then it would in with the wheat because breads a wheat. Also, say that you had cereal for breakfast then you would have partly milk and partly, (well that part depends on what type of cereal it is)say for instance, "Speacial K", then it would be wheat.
Normally in English you would say I want my breakfast. You can say May I please have my breakfast?
