You should tell the board that you would like to drop out of school because my life is so busy. Lay it on them hard!!! I would recommend not dropping out of school though.

The School cannot, but the teachers can. They have jurisdiction of the school property. They are given the authority to enforce the laws laid out by the school board. If talking is one of them, then so be it.
I agree with the first answer and I am answering again to tell you DO NOT DROP OUT!!!!!!!! There are several programs in all states for child care while the mother is in school. My high school had a child care center in the school and I think most of them nowadays have this.... STAY IN SCHOOL! no hoe

This may seem impossible, but it isn't. It just takes time. If it was a Catholic school, write to or call the Catholic Diocese in that area. If it was a public school, you could call another public high school to ask them who you should contact. OR, write or call the California State Board of Education (CA Dept of Education) in the State capital. The Board may not have your full transcript, but can tell you who holds those records now.
