If you're a boy, then just ask for short choppy layers, but keeping your bangs long, but again also layered.
If you're a girl, ask to keep your main length long as possible, and the top of your hair layered. But remember; being scene means you don't have to follow the crowd, you can do whatever you want to your hair. A lot of scenes have they're hair repeatably coloured; you don't have to do that.
***tips for dying hair - when bleaching and dying (or just dying), after the proccess, don't wash your hair for 4 days and your naturual oils will repair damaged strands.
Exactly what you just said they probly know what emo/scene hair is
Dont tell someone to cut your hair scene, just ask them for alot of layers. Then by yourself you can straighten and tease yourself.
I want scene hair. ^^ that did not answer their question. BUUUTTT if you want to tell your hair stylist you want scene hair tell him/her that you want a "high fashion mullet" in literal terms its choppy layers at the top while keeping your longest length at the bottom of your hair. *TIPS* dont tease your hair everyday..it will damage it. Just use a high volume shampoo.
yes you can!! all you have to do is get a pic and get it done at a salon! tell them that you want layers to thin your hair out!
There are alot of good scene hairstyles on google. Scene hair has lots of volume. If you want to get scene hair go to the HAIR SALON. DO NOT do your hair by yourself the first time. Scene hair is really light colored or dark with colorful streaks. If you want a scene cut go to the salon and tell them that you want your hair to have lots of choppy layers at the top and to thin it as it goes down. Do this if you have long hair. If you have short hair then go with side swept bangs. Hope that, that was helpful :]
You can always take a picture off the Internet and show them for example. If you have scene friends take them with you. I remember when I first got 'scene' hair, I took a picture and then my hair dresser took a picture of me and put it on her site, so everyone just asked for my hair.
Go on line to google images or photo bucket and type up "scene hair" and print the picture that you want and show it to your hairdresser. Or just tell your hairdresser you want long choppy layers with with choppy bangs in your face!:)
