You mean regarding piercings? NOTHING. Do NOT put harsh things like peroxide on them and DO NOT put ointments or creams (Neosporin, etc.) on them. Just use antimicrobial soap twice a day like you should have been instructed to do. If there is an infection (pus, pain, redness, swelling) and it won't go away, you need antibiotics. Period. Nothing you do to the outside of the lip will help and harsh things and creams will only make it worse, kill the good tissue, cause scarring, etc. And you'll still have the infection.
Keep cleaning it with natural sea salt and warm water. Go to the doctors and get some antibiotics to help clear it up.
If one side of your lip is infected then the other but it should not be a problem,
I would assume so. The metal that is in a lip ring is designed to be in your skin, as a staple is made of inferior metals. That's why you're not supposed to pierce with Safety pins. They aren't safe to remain in your body. Don't do it. Spend the $10 and get a lip ring.
If it is pussing or it hurts to the touch after healing. See also swollen.
Extreme swelling, discharge of green puss, pain, warm to the touch.
no you can't
Yes You Can Use An Earring As A Lip Piercing. You cant Use An Earring For A lip Ring Though. Just use An Earring Stud. I Pierced My Own Lip With An Earring, and I Know Tons Of People That Use An Earring Studd. Just Make Sure The Earring Is Cleann.
Technically, if its a ring, sure but keep in mind ur lip may be thicker then ur nose, u don't want to constrict ur lip and cause any problems, possibly best to just get a lip ring.
It is always best to get a ring. Rings allow room for swelling, while bars do not. If your piercing has no room to swell, it could become infected.
my lip/nose is infected whats the best cleaner and is it faital
Lip ring is not a compound word.
Yes it's called a lip ring.
No, it is not advisable to use a tongue ring as a lip ring. Tongue rings are typically larger and have a different shape than lip rings, leading to potential discomfort or irritation if used interchangeably. It is best to use jewelry that is specifically designed for the intended piercing location.
