There are a number of things you can use. There are many liquid rip offs at local pet stores, or powders in fancy bottles that say are special. Really, all it is is baby powder and diy versions of those liquid rip offs. What I found effective, and cheap, is actually arm and hammer baking soda. It really works. hope this helps!
The pH level in your stomach is between 2 and 3 which is an acid. The antacids bring the pH level up to a 5 or 6 which is not quite neutral but is still less acidic.
3.67
The approximate pH scale of washing up liquid is 9.4.
You need an alkali (base) to raise pH levels. But if you'd specified where you want to do the pH raising then we might have been able to tell you a specific chemical.
You can use soda ash (sodium carbonate), sold as pH Increaser, pH UP or Arm & Hammer Washing soda. You can also use borax, sold as 20 Mule Team Borax. Sodium bicarbonate, sold as baking soda, Alkalinity Increaser or Alk Up, will raise pool pH levels, but not very efficiently.

Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is a base, therefore it raises the pH of solutions (aka "brings up alkalinity").

First of all it is NOT water at this pH level. It is an ALKALINE Solution. With a pH = 9.5 the colourt would be blue.
The pH level will go up because of the acid in the limestone bedrock.
sodium thiosulfate
Ph is important for normal cell formation due to the fact that cells are very delicate. They roughly sit at a neutral pH level of 7.3-7.4. Even the slightest change in a pH level can cause serious consequences such as the destruction of the cell or even death of the organism. Every organism takes part in various chemical reactions that give or use up H. For this level to stay constant a buffer comes into play to maintain the cells normal pH level. It does this by accepting or releasing H.
I you have beaten the elite 4, then use exp. share and bring your highest level Pokemon to battle with. If you haven't done so, then bring the Pokemon you want level in your party and go fight the more recent trainers. When you get the vs. seeker, just use that in an area you just fought in.
The best way is to use level up! If you previously summoned Horus LV8 properly, and he is then destroyed, then there's a quicker way to bring him back, you can use Level Modulation.
