Blonde highlights look good with dark hair on pale skin and many people with dark hair use them.
If you blood rushes from your head, then you lose your rose-coloured skin and get a pale witish type of look. Or you may use makeup to achieve this goal.
I have extremely pale skin and the foundation I use is l'oreal Paris true match. It's got a very slight pinky tone and also yellowy tone to hide redness. Which in my opion is perfect for pale skin. For makeup I use baby pink blush, brown eye pencil on my top lash line and light brown eye shadow both from MAC

use a Matt foundation and use a high lighter pen (make-up, not stationery) on your cheekbones and under the eyebrows to make your skin look really healthy and bright! Add a shimmery powder over the top for a mysterious glow!
Well usually you can use cover up, or if you are already pale, that would help alot.

If you're trying to go for a pale look, stay AWAY from the sun! Wear dark clothes, use a light colored foundation. I have been trying to get pale.. and I am a tad bit. But if you're naturally redheaded then you were born with paler looking skin.
Use sunscreen everyday, & stay out of the sun as much as possible. It'll take some time. Make-up helps!
