What tool should be used to measure fluids?

Ideally, a measuring cup with both regular and metric system. You can purchase a measuring cup with both standard and metric at any store, probably even a drug store. It can be found in the cooking section. Choose a size appropriate to what you are doing for the best accuracy. This can be used for any number of fluids, for many uses other than the kitchen. But, I do recommend you have seperate measuring cups for the kitchen!
