A protractor is a tool that may be used to measure an angle. The measure of the angle exists irrespective of the tool that is used to measure it. In the same way that you have a height and your height is a [mainly] fixed amount and whether it is measured with a rule or a tape measure or a laser range finder does not affect your height!
You can use a measuring tape, a ruler, or a yardstick to measure your height.
No singe tool will do all four measurements.
The answer depends on whether you wish to measure its height, base sides or base area, its mass, its albedo or whatever. There is no single instrument which will serve in all cases.
Just use a tape measure or some other measuring tool.
