MsConfig
Go to the right side of the taskbar where there will be some icons. Find the quick heal icon, right click it, and press "pause protection". That will temporarily disable it.
Microsoft Configuration (msconfig.exe)
Disable Windows Firewall Temporarily. Disable/Remove Add Blocker. Uninstall Add Blocker From Your System.
Disable automatic restart on system failure
Bring up Windows Defender. There is a section in it that shows all the background applications running.
