Stone hammers were probably the first mining tools, perhaps along with sticks for prying.
pickax
the word gold came originally from the neolithic era, when people first started mining for metals and minerals. the tools used to mine for gold, similar to pic axes, were called gulds, so we can assume that gold came from the name of the tools used to mine for it
I used a pair of wire cutters to remove mine.
where did archaeologists find what may have been the first tools used by humans
Pickaxes, TNT, lanterns, wood for supporting the mine and some other stuff
You have to unlock the first mine by walking into the excavation site after 9pm. When you are in the first mine you must collect mystrile by breaking the rocks with your hammer. Make sure that you have the necessary levels for your tools by clicking on your asset screen and then the picture of yourself. If the levels are 100% call saibara the blacksmith and ask him to upgrade your tools to mystrile.
I think it is the stones.

No. Neanderthals came before them, and used tools also.
they used their fingers and arms legs sticks and bones
They first use make up tools, then spa tools, bathing tools, food tools, calculator tools, school tools, metal tools, glass tools, mechanic tools and hair tools
Try wooden tools if haven't tried those! If that doesn't help I don't know what to tell you bro!
