∙ 10y agothey start decorating on december 8th, on christmas eve they eat no meat but instead have an amazing 7 dish fish. This can include lobster and muscles. Children recieve their presents christmas eve aswell. Christmas Eve is spent with the family and is a massive feast. Christmas Day is spent sleeping in and meeting with neighbours and friends. boxing day (26th) is also a holiday, however on the 27th after 3 days of celebrating it back to normal life. There is then a big New Years eve feast, also considered part of Christmas celebrations. The Christmas season officially ends on the 6th of january which is called the epiphany.
