of depending on the transmission if you have the 4 spd electronic automatic trans there are two, an output sensor which is located under the battery box on the left side of the shift linkage and the input sensor is right under the trans cooling lines right of the shift linkages! if you have a non electronic trans, the speed sensor is located on the backside of the trans and has three wires and atached to the tranny with a single bolt! hope this helps

There's really nothing special about SPD shoe sizing. You might need to do an Euro/US conversion, but that's about it. Do note that bicycle shoes in general tends to be rather narrow in their fit though.
