MOSFET
Bc100 is an npn transister. if we know vlsi/cmos u will come to know about npn & pnp configurations.
VLSI is VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) of Jane Said, referring to a few square millimeters on silicon integrated tens of thousands to millions of transistors, integrated circuit line width in 1 micron. Due to the transistor with a complete attachment, therefore making a few to the working hours and costs millions of transistors are equivalent. When mass production, the hardware cost is almost, but depends on the cost of design
Vcc is used in bipolar transistor circuitsVdd is used in field effect transistor circuitsB+ is used in vacuum tube circuits
it is a transistor used in IR TOGGLE SWITCH. :-)
transistor has 2 output 1 and 0 so can be used as a switch
A transistor is used to switch electronic signals.
Its a Transistor used in JFET (Junction Field Effect Transistor)
VLSI Technology was created in 1979.
VLSI Technology ended in 1999.
VLSI is Very Large System Integration Today, instead of using vacuum tubes (which were used in electronic products a few decades ago), transistors are used. the biggest (but not the only) advantage of the transistors is the size - instead of having a vacuum tube that id 1-2 cm, a single transistor is around 40 nm (nano meter) - 25000000 times smaller!!!! it means that one can create a very complex system, with tens of thousands of transistor, on a single chip that is in the size of 1x1 cm. In other words, one can integrate many complex modules in his system. The problem is that when a human being is designing such a complicated system, there are many mistakes because of the system's complexity. Therefore, it takes a very careful process of checks and verifications when designing such a system
A transistor does not act as an amplifier. It is used as a component in an amplifier circuit.
Role of vlsi in medial field is to(i) Reduce power consumption in batteries used in pacemaker device or any other medical oriented devices.
