There are underground trains (takes you around London), overground trains (takes you around London but further outside too), buses (most places), cars (obviously, and drive on the left!), coaches (takes you on trips to the seaside or museums etc), trams (mostly in seaside areas, takes around certain roads),
tour buses (same as buses but tours city areas and doesn't have a roof on the top floor), ferries (obviously big boats), and those other trains that are part under and part overground, depending where you are, that take you to places like France.
