Answer Snowmobiles, Snow buggies with tracks, not wheels, Snow shoes, Dog sleds, X-Country skis, hot air balloons (honestly)

Another Answer

Transport in Antarctica depends on the origination, destination, distance and requirements for what is being transported. Options include on foot, by Tucker -- a tracked vehicle, snowmobile, Caterpillar and truck.

From above, dogs have not been allowed on the Antarctic continent since 1990s; cross-country skiing is not allowed by some governments; hot air balloons are used to carry weather technology only, not humans.

Depending on the task at hand, people can walk, or ride Ski-Doos, trucks or drive bobcats or bulldozers. Helicopters are also available at times for transit to and from field camps. Tuckers are also in use.

There is no commercial transportation to or from Antarctica, or anywhere on the continent.
