Pine and spruce trees
They are called coniferous trees. Deciduous trees lose their leaves in autumn. Coniferous trees KEEP their leaves in autumn.
To save water they lose their leaves in order to keep the water in the tree through out the harsh weather.
Deciduous trees, such as oaks or aspens, lose their leaves in the autumn.
My grandparents have an apple tree and no they do not have leaves in the winter.
