Trees that do not loose their leaves are called Evergreens as opposed to Deciduous or those that do loose their leaves in the autumn/winter.
Examples of Evergreens are Conifers- blue spruce, cedar- holly, oak.
Any evergreen trees don't lose their leaves annually (deciduous trees lose their leaves annually), for example pine trees. Evergreens do lose their leaves, though, just not at a certain time, like deciduous plants - they lose them bit by bit throughout the year, when they need to.
Hope this helps!
It would be the cone or needle bearing trees. (coniferous)
