I recommend Sammons Trucking if you are looking for an open deck carrier.
Most of them are pretty good, but if you're in the Eastern U.S., I recommend Pitt-Ohio, Incorporated. If you're anywhere else, take a look at Swift, J.B. Hunt, UPS Truck Line, Conway Trucking, Fedex Truck Line, or Heartland Express. Heartland Express is probably the best out of those though. They have the highest quality trucks too because they buy Internationals, while the rest buy the cheapo Volvos and Freightliners. :D
