The urethra.
Sperm ultimately leaves the body through the urethra.
The sperm exits the male body through the urethra. (pee-pee hole)
Sperm leave a man's body through the penis.

Sperm leave the body through the urethra. The same place that urine also leaves the body.

Sperm is produced in the Testis. There are two tubes connected to the penis. If erction takes place the tube coming from the testis opens and sperm exits the body through penis.
