The British Invasion is a concert or performance by a rock and roll, pop, and rock bands from the united kingdom. Its cause helped the introduction of rock and roll to the music industry and one of the known performers are The Beatles.

Yes they did , a lot of their earlier albums was other band material for example the Beatles song "Twist and Shout" was not Beatles material ... Hoped that helped :)
