No, evolving your Pokmon is not necessary to make them stronger. Evolution can increase a Pokmon's stats and abilities, but there are other ways to make them stronger, such as training, leveling up, and teaching them new moves.
Using a poison energy card in a Pokmon battle can cause the opponent's Pokmon to lose a small amount of health at the end of each turn. This can weaken the opponent's Pokmon over time and make it easier to defeat them.
Pokmon GX have higher HP, stronger attacks, and powerful abilities compared to regular Pokmon. They also have GX attacks that can turn the tide of battle. These features make them stand out and more formidable in battles.

Choose Pokmon with strong abilities and attacks that complement each other. Include Trainer cards that support your Pokmon and help you draw cards or disrupt your opponent's strategy. Use Energy cards that match the types of Pokmon in your deck. Test your deck against different opponents to refine your strategy and make adjustments as needed.

First make sure that your charmander is on level 100 (or over ). Then you go to evolution center and it will say charmander evolves into charmelon at level 100. And finally you will click evolve charmander and there you have your charmelon.
You get charizard from fire red and leaf green. You can pick charmander as your starter Pokemon then evolve it. charmander evolves at level 16 into charmeleon then lvl 36 to charizard good luck If you want to get it on heart gold and soulsilver you have to at least beat the Pokemon league once then before you start you game go down one on the first page of soulsilver or heart gold and push migrate from leaf green or Fire red. To do this you have to have the Fire red or Leaf green in to make this work. On the F.R. or L.G. the Pokemon you want have to be in your PC. After that you go to pal park in Fushia city and it will catch your Pokemon no matter what. Trust me i have done this a thousand times before.
You Can Not But Heart Gold And Soul Silver You Can.....
