You cannot answer this question either way without knowing something about the dog in question. It is not so much a breed thing as how well socialized is the dog? It the dog well behaved around other animals? Has the dog been taught manners? Do you see what I mean? There is no one breed that you can automatically say is good with parrots. They have to be taught.
