Dalmatians can certainly be rescue dogs. There are many breed-specific rescue groups across the nation that almost exclusively rescue Dalmatians in need. The AKC website also has a Dalmatian rescue resource, but adoptable Dalmatians can also be found on several national adoption websites which can be searched by location.

If the question pertains to whether or not a Dalmatian can become a dog that rescues people, they do have a history of being a very versatile breed.
