Hot-blood breeds like thoroughbreds would probably be one of the hardest to deal with becasue they are so highstrung, and awfully big too. However, each horse is different, and there are a good amount of calm thoroughbreds.

A mustang would also be hard to train,as they are so wild. I have heard Brumbies are even worse than mustangs. However, again, horses are all different, and there are some wild horses that take to training like a pig to mud.
