A set of latitude/longitude coordinates is a description of a single point on the

surface of the Earth. It's not possible for two different cities to have the same

coordinates, and if you don't mind my getting technical about it for a moment,

it's not even possible for two people ... or two sparrows ... to stand at exactly

the same coordinates at the same time.

In the case of the point described in the question, you score two strikes on one

pitch. That point is out at sea, and there's not even one city there.

The point is about 36 miles from the nearest sand on the Pacific coast of Mexico.

It's about 84 miles southeast of Acapulco, and about 460 miles northwest of the

spot on the coast where Mexico and Guatemala meet.

What two cities are located at 15 degrees north and 105 degrees east?

When you give a latitude and a longitude, you've described a single point on the earth. If there are two cities there, then both cities occupy the same place, which we suspect leads to some spirited debates. 15 degrees north and 105 degrees east describes a point in eastern Thailand, roughly 10 miles southeast of Ubon Rajathanee along Highway 24.
