The noun 'nebula' is singular, a word for one cloud of interstellar gas and dust. There are two accepted forms for the plural: nebulae and nebulas.
The two main factors that cause a nebula to develop into a star are gravity and heat. Gravity pulls the gas and dust in the nebula together, causing it to collapse under its own gravity. As the collapse continues, the temperature and pressure in the core of the collapsing nebula increase, eventually reaching a point where nuclear fusion ignites, and a star is born.

There is no such thing as a nebula star.

Any star can form from a nebula. all it needs is some force to make it collapse, like a nearby supernova or gravitational pull.
Roughly 98% of the solar nebula's mass consisted of hydrogen and helium gases. These two elements are the most abundant in the universe and are the primary components of stars like our sun.
There are two elements that make up the compound NaBr, or sodium bromide. These two elements are sodium and bromine.
No elements make time.
The planet Uranus' atmosphere contains primarily two gaseous elements. These two elements are Hydrogen (H) and Helium (He). It also contains methane (a combination of two elements - Hydrogen and Carbon - CH4). This gives Uranus it's aquamarine colour.
Iron is, itself, and element. It is not a compound of two elements.
After a chemical reaction two elements form a chemical compound.
Silicon and oxygen are the two elements that you combine to make sand. =]
