Tennessee and North Carolina
Two states that are due north of Georgia, and border the Atlantic Ocean, are North and South Carolina.
South Carolina and North Carolina are northeast of Georgia.
Alabama and Georgia both border Florida. They are on the north side of the state. The rest of Florida is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.

The two states located between Georgia and Virginia that also border the Atlantic Ocean are South Carolina and North Carolina. South Carolina lies directly south of North Carolina, and both states have coastlines along the Atlantic. This positioning places them between Georgia to the south and Virginia to the north.
Tennessee is bordered by Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi to the south, Kentucky and Virginia to the north, North Carolina to the east, and Arkansas and Missouri to the west. Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia were among the original 13 U.S. states.
