the only way i no how to see rotom is a wild rotom and if you go to the eterna forest then use cut on the trees and then go into the mansion then go up the stairs then go to the door in the middle at the top floor and search for a tv in the rooms there when you find a tv go up to it and press a but you have to do this at night once you have done that a wild rotom will apear and it will be lvl 20 so make sure you bring a low lvl and rotom is an electric and ghost type Pokemon and its ability is levitate so don't bother on using ground type moves because they wont effect rotom
