Hidden Power's type is determined by the Pokemon's independent values (IV's) and not their type.
Steel and Dragon
No, it is a psychic/fighting type Pokémon.
riolu is a fighting type. but when it evloves into lucario its fighting and steel
Probably something really rare and hard to get and at a very high level, maybe even level 100. Even a level 100 Unown might do it , because it may take about 5 hours to get all of the Unown in the Solacean Ruins, and seeing that they only know the move Hidden Power and cannot legiimately learn anything else, so few people want to stay in the ruins for 5 hours, and whenever I try to catch all of the Unown in Solacean Ruins, I am almost always there for about 5 hours, the last hour just waiting for the last 1 or 2 Unown to show up, and hopefully I will not faint them . Because they only know that 1 move, few people probably want to spend a lot of time training them to get a level 100, especcially if they may be in a battle where their hidden power move does not effect the opposing Pokemon. For example the hidden power takes on the electric-type attack and its battling a ground type. The Hidden power type depends on the Pokemon, but there is a man in Celadon City who will tell you which type of hidden power your Pokemon can have. I have seen people offering a level 5 Magikarp for a level 70 or So Rare Pokemon or Even an Event Only Pokemon, which is really unrealistic, I think.
Fighting and Ground type moves are most effective against dialga, since it is a dragon+steel type pokemon.
The use of the move Hidden Power varies among species of Pokemon. It is completely random in its power and the type of the move, and you will not know until you teach it to one of your Pokemon.the type oh hidden power is all depending on your EVs
Hidden power depends on a complicated feature know as IVs, and has nothing to do with The kind of pokemon. Meaning not every starly has the same hidden power type. If you want to know what type hidden power your starly has, I recommend you go to the game corner(the area where you trade coins for prizes) and talk to a certain person and he will tell you what type your starlys hidden power is.
it depends on what Pokemon/type you are. its always the same type if you use it with the same Pokemon over and over again.
Klink is a Steel type pokemon.
Hidden Power is a move that varies in type depending on what pokemon has learned the move it is random on what type it will be in can vary from 16 different types in most pokemon games this is a Technical Machine you can recieve then use in others it's a move tutor move.
Steel type Pokemon are weak against Fire, Fighting, and Ground type attacks
Steelix is a good Steel type Pokemon. It is also a Ground type, too.
No. That is a feature in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald only.
I think the best steel type Pokemon is probably dialga.
Steel type Pokemon are weak to Fire, Ground, and Fighting, so those types of Pokemon will do well.
Klang is a Steel type pokemon.
Registeel is a Steel type pokemon.
