Haunter can only learn Scary Face in Pokemon Black and White. Even then, it is by breeding it with a Cofagrigus, and it will be a Gastly that you have to evolve when you get the egg.Scary FaceBlack/White: Egg Move (as Gastly)Inheritance Chains for Egg MovesHaunter < Cofagrigus Cofagrigus - Scary Face Black/White: Level 34

Well, first defeat N from the Pokemon League, then Ghetsis heals your Pokemon and you fight him. You'll need Dragon type Pokemon or Ice type Pokemon with high level to defeat his Pokemon, because there is a really powerful Dragon type Pokemon named Hydreigon. You'll need Grass type Pokemon also to defeat his Seismitoad. Fighting type to defeat his Bisharp and Boufflant, Dark type to defeat his Cofagrigus. Hope this helps and good luck!
They say that you can catch Cofagrigus in Pokem Black in the Relic Castle at B3F - B6F with a chance of 50 %, or at Relic Castle Catacombs with a chance of 20% I want to catch a Cofagrigus to, to beat the Elite Four .. I mean , i keep dying all the time .. lol! Hope this works ! -Dewi
get haxorus at least level 50 to battle his cofagrigus. dragon dance 2 times and that should be enough. kill his cofagrigus with dragon claw. make sure haxorus knows brick break. kill his bisharp and bouffalant with brick break.
I'd say pick Chandelure. It's got the higher stats of the two, and since it's a Fire type it probably has better move pool. I've never used either of them, and it's entirely up to you, but I would say Chandelure just because of stats, move pool and the fact it'll provide two types for your team. Cofagrigus is, however, not a bad Pokémon. If you do want to use it then feel free to, it's just I'd say that Chandelure is better. On the other hand, Chandelure has more weaknesses, but has more resistances. The important thing here though, is: 1. Do you already have a Fire type? If so, Cofagrigus. 2. Do you already have a Pokémon of similar stats to Chandelure (with the same role)? If so, try Cofagrigus. 3. Do you already have a Pokémon that's got similar stats to Cofagrigus? Try out Chandelure. 4. Got too many Pokémon that are weak to Grass, Bug or Steel type moves? Chandelure will counter these types. Just basically pick Chandelure if you don't already have a Fire type, or Cofagrigus if you do (also take into consideration their battle roles).
here is a great strategy: SHAUNTAL type: ghost. her Pokemon are cofagrigus jellicent golurk and chandelure you can teach ghost type moves to a normal type Pokemon ... GRIMSLEY type: dark . his Pokemon are scrafty liepard krookodile and bisharp you can use a fighting type Pokemon with fighting type moves ... CAITLIN type: psychic her Pokemon are reuniclus musharna sigilyph and gothitelle you can use a dark type so that her pokemons' psychic type moves are useless i would really suggest a dark type Pokemon with dark ghost or bug type moves ... MARSHAL type : fighting .his Pokemon are throh sawk conkeldurr and mienshao you can use a ghost type with flying type moves ... champiion elder has a bug normal dragon steel and fire type Pokemon.hope this helps
