A dash or so of the spices or peels (you can also use mint leaves) 4. Add a couple drops of rubbing alcohol 5. Stir well for about 5 minutes 6. Let it sit for 1 hour 7. Put liquid into an empty spray/perfume bottle with coffee filter 8. Voila! Enjoy your perfume!
