Budding is the method of asexual reproduction in which a bud forms on the parent plant and gets detached when it is fully grown.

Budding; yeast is a good example.

Budding-When the offspring grows from the body of the parent. Splitting, or mitosis, when the parent splits in half to become two identical offspring.
BuddingIn this form of asexual reproduction, an offspring grows out of the body of the parent.Hydras exhibit this type of reproduction.Gemmules (Internal Buds)In this form of asexual reproduction, a parent releases a specialized mass of cells that can develop into offspring.Sponges exhibit this type of reproduction.FragmentationIn this type of reproduction, the body of the parent breaks into distinct pieces, each of which can produce an offspring.Planarians exhibit this type of reproduction.RegenerationIn regeneration, if a piece of a parent is detached, it can grow and develop into a completely new individual.Echinoderms exhibit this type of reproduction.ParthenogenesisThis type of reproduction involves the development of an egg that has not been fertilized into an individual.Animals like most kinds of wasps, bees, and ants that have no sex chromosomes reproduce by this process. Some reptiles and fish are also capable of reproducing in this manner.
the offspring
Sexual is physical and asexual is non sexualsexual reproduction is when there are 2 parents (mom and dad) the sex cells from both parents come together (egg from female sperm from male) and create a zygote, the baby. asexual reproduction is with only 1 parent. the parent cell duplicates making another cell. there are 3 types of asexual reproduction; budding, regeneration, and mitosis. budding is when the organism grows on the other organism and when it is fully developed it falls off. Ex: Hydra. Regeneration is an organisms ability to re-grow body parts. Ex: Earth worms or Starfish. Mitosis is when a cell duplicated. there are many steps to it.
The term "asexual reproduction" means that new plants are created without the need for gametes. Self-pollination is not asexual reproduction -- the same plant merely provides both of the gametes used. The two main forms of asexual reproduction (apomixis) arevegetative (budding, rhizomes, aerial stems, or bulb division) andnon-vegetative, which includes parthenogenic or androgenetic seeds (agamospermy).
There are many types of asexual reproduction. One type is Fission, which is when the offspring sprout from a seed produced by the parent. Another type is Budding, in which the organism grows in a part on its parent and the "pops" off. Another type is Sporulation, in which the parent organism releases spores and a new organism grows from there. Another is Regeneration, in which organisms are able to regrow lost parts. Another is vegatative propagation In asexual reproduction, there is only one parent and the offspring has identical traits and looks identical to its parent and each other.

it is called asexual reproduction: when 1 parent shares it's DNA or sex cells and gives it to a young which splits apart and grows

Asexual reproduction involves one parent. As a result, the offspring tend to have the same genotype and phenotype; they lack variation. It is advantageous in a constant environment because a large number of offspring can be produced in a short time. Examples: Flatworms can divide into 2 halves; each half grows into a separate organism. Cnidarians undergo budding where a new individual grows from and then breaks off of the parent individual. Echinoderms can be cut to form new individuals. Insects- parthenogenesis (unfertilized egg develops) United Nations Farms
Hi! Im a 7th grader. I love Science, my teacher does also. She was teaching us about reproduction. They are 2 reproductions ASEXUAL AND SEXUAL reproduction. Asexual is reproduced by 1 parent, Mean while Sexual is reproduced by 2 parents.

well i am learning about reproduction of clown fish and my teacher said that its reproduction is laying eggs and protecting it intill it grows
It is called Binary Fission and it is an Asexual form of reproduction.
