The Ibanez PGB1L was released relatively recently.
Being left handed, instruments were difficult to come by initially. Paul did Slipknot's first Ozzfest tour with a Jackson (his only bass at the time). He then spent a lot of time playing Warwicks (especially the Thumb bass) before doing signature models with Ibanez.
