How does food coloring affect water temperature?

The higher the temperature, the faster it dissolves; When a temperature reaches a certain point, it turns into a gas and gases move around faster than liquids and solids.... ....EXAMPLE: when you freeze water, it turns into a solid and does not move... when you boil water, it dissolves into steam and fills the air. so that proves that food coloring will dissolve faster in a higher/hotter temperature!
