New answer: Stalin created a totalitarian government. This government allows him have full control over anything public or private. People must live as he says, an he didn't allow individual creativity or anyone to be against his rules, or they were killed! This was the worst kind of government people could live in because Stalin was like god of russia. He had FULL control. People should of done something about this but he actually tricked Russians into giving him the power. Have to admit that Stalin is the worst leader of all time. There were people like him but he fooled millions into giving him power and killed millions.
