The Fender Telecaster Deluxe is an Electric Guitar with a bolt-on neck joint and a solid body. This guitar is made of alder or ash and maple. The manufacturer is Fender.
There are various guitars I've seen her playing, some which I think are 'Fender Standard Telecaster Electric Guitar' 'Taylor 312ce' and a 'Yamaha APX500'
Fender produces guitars and American Standard is a series of guitars they produce. Telecaster is one in the series along with Jazz Bass and several others.
There are many different types of fender guitars. One is the Fender Stratocaster. The fender Strat. is what some people call the universal guitar. People call the Strat this because if you look at any type of music (jazz, rock, blues, funk, country) you will find at least one artest that plays a fender strat. I own an American Fender Stratocaster Deluxe and I love it. If you are a rock fan, then go with the Telecaster which was made to play rock music. Fender also makes acoustic guitars but they are not the best quality I think. If you are looking for an acoustic guitar then look at Ibanez. They make a good acoustic guitar. I hope that this helps. If you have any other questions about guitars, I would suggest looking in the fourms of this website. http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ This is the best website for all your guitar needs.
Polly Jean Harvey usually plays a Fender Telecaster, though she's also been seen playing a Gibson Firebird and various Gibson 335-influenced semi-hollow guitars. The clean guitars on "Angelene" are very "glassy". It sounds like a guitar with low-output single-coil pickups, played through a very clean amp. Possibly the Telecaster with its neck pickup activated. A Gibson humbucker would usually have a louder sound with less treble content.
I've been playin country guitar professionally for almost 20 years, and hane always used a telecaster on the job (Fender). The Parker P-36 is my latest edition to my guitar collection and it also measures up well with the telecaster!AnswerI've been playin country guitar professionally for almost 20 years, and hane always used a telecaster on the job (Fender). Guitar
I'd try to go with a Fender. Like a good fender. Telecaster maybe? I'd also say Gibson but I wouldn't know which type seeing how I don't own any.
That is hard... Gibson or Fender.
It is an electric guitar.
The Fender Statocaster is the best known and recognizable guitar. I would go with that.
There aren't any specific "rhythm guitars", rhythm guitar is a role where a guitarist plays to create the rhythm, as a bassist or a drummer, instead of doing the main guitar lines, which would be the role of the lead guitarist. So no, you don't need a special guitar. Any one will work. If you're into electric guitars great players prefer different guitars for different styles for example the Gibson Les Paul would be used as rhythm because of the fat sounds it generates and the Fender stratocaster would cut through the background sound and is spectacular as a lead guitar. My favourite is the Fender telecaster which does both but has it's own distinct sound. I love it's simplicity, there's one on this link http://www.instruments2go.co.UK/Fender-Classic-50s-Telecaster-p-3575.HTML it's just the same as mine with a maple neck.

A Fender champ is an excellent guitar amplifier. This type of equipment can be purchased at a local music store, such as the Guitar Center. Ebay and Amazon offer these items for sale too.
