Our favorite for any baking is an oven-safe ceramic dish. Some can be expensive (Denby or Emile Henry) but I have found both for a few dollars at Goodwill or other thrift stores. Otherwise Pyrex and Corningware are great choices and affordable and all are easy to clean after. Remember to put a little olive oil in the bottom before you add the chicken!
