"When" is not a pronoun. pronouns are used to substitute for nouns.

"When" is an adverb and, depending on the context, it may be an interrogative adverb (e.g. When are you going to be here?") or a relative adverb (e.g. I'll be there sometime in the afternoon.)

It can also be a conjunction (e.g. Give me a call when you arrive at the station.)

It is never a pronoun.
